LBS Demolition Framework Contract 2022

Works may include preparatory works, demolition, clearance and reinstatement across the city of Leeds. Specifically this may include removal of foundations/ floor slabs/ beams etc., controlled demolition, removal of materials from site, site restoration and landscaping, termination of utility services, sealing disused sewers and drains, obtaining regulation and planning approvals, protection of people and property security, liaison with stakeholders.
