– Case Management
– Core Housing solution which meets the needs of social tenants, leaseholders, shared owners, market rent and commercial customers
– Repairs
– Scheduling & Job Management
– Mobile Working, including Data Capture
– Asset Management
– Rents and Service Charges
– Customer Portals (Yorkshire Housing and Space Homes)
– Supplier Portal
– Sales
– Integration with Document Management, IoT Devices, Existing and Future Channels
– Standard suite of management reports, plus the capability to develop further reports using data from within the core solution and across other systems

Design and implementation/embedding of a new set of Housing and Asset Management processes which will use the functionality of the procured solution and configure it for use in YH.
