Cheshire East Council – DPS For The Provision of Home to School & Commercial Transport
Tenders are invited from operators who wish to be included in the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of passenger transport, which will be split into the following LOTS
Lot 1 – Cheshire East Council Home to School Passenger Transport Provision – Mainstream Special Education Needs & Disabilities (SEND) and College
Lot 2 – Cheshire East Council Supported Local Bus Service Provision
Lot 1 is for any Passenger Transport Operators who wish to tender for Home to School Transport Contracts with a vehicle capacity ranging between 4 to 90 seats including wheelchair accessible vehicles. Lot 2 is for any Passenger Transport Operators who wish to tender for Local Bus Service Contracts operating primarily within the Cheshire East area.
The initial period of this DPS will be 8 years with further options to extend of 4 x 12 month periods. New applicants can apply to join the DPS during the course of the contract duration.
This procurement exercise will be conducted on Cheshire East Borough Council's electronic Contract and Tender Management System at the www.the-chest.org.uk Organisations wishing to be considered for this contract must register their expression of interest and provide additional required information through the Contract and Tender Management System.
