The Provision for the Maintenance of Fire Alarm Fire Suppression and Emergency Lighting Systems

The contract is to provide a maintenance service for all fire-safety related services within West Midlands Police estate. The contract will provide for planned preventative maintenance, reactive (repair) maintenance and improvement/alteration activities. Smaller reactive and improvement work will be handled through a call-off provision
