Computer Aided Facilities Management Software (CAFM)

The City of London Corporation (the 'City') is looking to tender for the provision of a Computer Aided Facilities Management Software (CAFM) as a Software as a Service (SaaS).
The duration of the contract is 5 years, subject to the right of the City (at its sole discretion) to exercise its right to extend the Contract by up to 5 further years on a year by year basis. The maximum length of the contract is therefore 10 years.
The estimated total value range of the contract is stated in the Summary Information section of this notice and the highest value indicated is for the entire contract duration, including all optional extensions, together with all potential future needs as described within 'Schedule 1 – CAFM Specification' document.
