Anchor Hanover – Agency Staff (Care Homes)

Anchor Hanover are looking for an outsourced partner to provide temporary Agency Staff across all of its 126 Care Home Locations as required, through either a Neutral Vendor or Master Vendor model.

Anchor Hanover ideally would like one outsourced partner for both Care & Catering roles, however, we would consider having a different provider for both (one for care roles and one for catering roles)) who can provide a Neutral Vendor or Master Vendor model.

If you can supply at a regional or local level then please feel free to contact your preferred Neutral Vendor or Managed Vendor provider to be considered as a panel agency (if you are not already on it).

The ITT will be run in two lots – 1. HealthCare roles & 2. Catering roles

Roles that are to be required:-

Lot 1:-
HealthCare Assistant/NVQ2
Team Leader
Housekeeper
RGN/RMN

Lot 2:-
Chef Manager/Assistants
Catering Assistant

The estimated contract duration is for an initial 3 year term, with an option to extend for up to a further 2 years.
