Corporate Banking and Merchant Services

Tunbridge Wells Borough Council (TWBC) is looking to award a contract for corporate banking and card merchant services (excluding investment services).

This contract term will be an initial 5-year term. The Council would reserve the right to extend this contract for a period of up to 60 months at the end of the initial 5-year contract term.

The anticipated service commencement date is 1st April 2022.

Tender release: Wednesday 24th November 2021
Expression of Interest Deadline: 12:00pm Wednesday 22nd December 2021
Deadline for submission of completed tenders: 12:00pm Friday 7th January 2022
Evaluation: w/c Monday 10th January 2022
Appointment of contractor: w/c Monday 17th January 2022
Mandatory 10 day standstill period: 17th – 27th January 2022
