The contract will comprise of the refurbishment internally of kitchens, which may include removal of larders, plasterwork, flooring and electrical works, but will include replacement of the existing kitchen units potentially in new positions at various address's in the Hinckley & Bosworth B.C area. Estimated Value of Contract £450,000.00 per annum although this cannot be guaranteed.
