GB-Kettering: Replacement and Repair of Flooring

Kettering General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is looking for competent, qualified providers to carry out replacement and repairs of hospital flooring. We have a number of areas that urgently require new flooring. Tasks include but are not limited to the following:

1.Remove all damaged flooring and screed and dispose of off site
2.Repair floor sub-base if required
3.Prepare floor and lay new screed/levelling compound
4.Lay flooring
5.Fit cap & cove skirting (sheet vinyl only)
6.Clean newly fitted flooring and leave area clean and tidy and fit for use (Ensure there is no glue residue left on the floor covering).
