Management of Gloucester City Council Temporary Accommodation
The Authority is seeking a Provider to manage the allocation, ongoing provision of the Authority's emergency temporary accommodation and to provide Intensive Housing Management to the occupants in their properties enabling a timely move on to more settled accommodation. The successful Provider shall also be responsible for the maintenance of the properties as detailed within the draft Leases in Section 14 of this document
Caridas House provides 14 units (5 x single and 9 x family) and Priory Place 5 single units of emergency temporary accommodation for people who are homeless in Gloucester whom the Authority have a statutory duty to rehome.
The Provider will be responsible for managing both Caridas House, Priory Place and be available to take referrals from the Authority undertake risk and needs assessment and sign up new service users between the hours of 9am and 7pm Monday to Friday.
