Procurement for Extended Defects Liability Period (DLP) for Peabody New Build Stock

Peabody ("Peabody") is seeking to appoint a single Contractor to undertake the rectification of defects to newbuild properties. The Service Provider will operate pan-London, and the scope will extend to any property owned or managed by the Peabody Trust.
