Tenders On Delta eSourcing
Tenders On Delta eSourcing
Tenders on Delta eSourcing are common with the platform acting as a tender portal to submit your completed tender documents. Delta eSourcing does not publish tender notices, it focuses solely on facilitating the submission of tenders.
How Do I Access Tenders Hosted on Delta eSourcing?
A live tender notice such as the ones released on Contracts Finder will usually have a link to the portal the tender is being hosted on.
We recommend following the link from the tender notice. This should open the related page on Delta eSourcing for you. Users then simply press ‘Express Interested’. From here, you will be able to access the tender documents to review the opportunity.
Do I Need An Access Code On Delta eSourcing?
If the portal link does not work from the tender notice, you will be able to enter an Access Code. This should find the tender in question and allow you to express an interest. Some clients have expressed frustration when the link does not work and the notice does not have an Access Code listed. This may result in delays accessing the opportunity.
How Do I Submit A Tender On Delta eSourcing?
Delta eSourcing features three tabs for review. Within your Response Manager section you will find tenders you have expressed an interest in. Select the live opportunity of interest. You will then see three tabs;
- Stage One – Overview – Here you can access the documents such as the quality questions response needed, ITT document and Specification etc. Get in touch with Your Tender Team to see how we can assist with your tender submission.
- Stage Two – Prepare Response – You will either have a number of other tabs open here to answer questions or a facility to enable you to upload your tender documents. ]
- Stage Three – Submit Response – Finalise and submit your tender.
